The story of Still Am Studios is a story about growing up but never getting old.
It's a story about the universal need to form a sense of place in a world gone kind of insane. It's a story about how the space around us can has a downstream impact on everything else in our lives. It's a story about problem solving on the regular and the primal desire within us all to build epic s***. It's a story about growth, perseverance and a search for deeper understanding of ourselves and each other. It's a story about style, Southern Rock and Hip Hop, miter cuts, the dinner table, instagram stories, nostalgia, and a hell of a lot in between.
But really most of all – it's a love story. This company was borne out of the house we built together for our growing family and while we didn't realize it at the time – we watched a beautiful physical manifestation of our marital strengths play out in real time. See, in our family we don't have a CEO. We have a Chief Operating Officer and a Chief Creative Officer that partner together in all things. He, the marketing executive IRL, brings a creative spirit, stylistic vision, and rolled up sleeves. She, the professional project manager IRL, makes sure we're running effectively, keeps our projects ahead of schedule, and ensures that everything we create is both purpose built and practical. And in that process of building each other a home, we unearthed a passion and talent for turning just a house you bought into something truly your own – one that works for both instagram and the lifestyle you live day in and day out.
Still Am Studios is – and will always be – the love letter we wrote to each other and to our neighbors. We're glad that you've joined us on this journey and we consider it a privilege to be invited into your home.
